When you have finished the production of your fabric batch, it's time to create tokens. The tokens are a digital representation of the physical fabric that leaves your factory. Each token represents 1 kg of fabric. Let's get started!
To start creating tokens, click on 'Create' in the top menu, and then '+ Create Tokens'.
Now let's navigate through the different forms. All fields marked with * are mandatory.
Here you fill all the details of the fabric you have created.
Next step is to click on the link 'Add Composition'. A side menu will open. Now it's time to declare the composition of your material.
In this example, we use a fabric with a composition of 50% recycled cotton and 50% organic cotton.
Choose the right material from the dropdown
Declare the right percentage by filling the % field, or move the slider
Sustainable? Then switch the button
Select the right sustainability claim, if it's recycled then fill if it is post-industrial or post-consumer
Now add the Total Weight of the Products in kgs. This is an important field.
The total weight of the products, is the Netweight of the batch. That means including trims and accessories, but excluding packaging.
Is there a phyiscal tracer in your fabrics? Then switch on the slider.
In case you have used the Aware™ tracer, select it and fill the Aware™ Tracer Positive Scan Date. There is no need to upload a Tracer test report.
In case you have used another third party tracer, select 'Custom'. Add the tracer name and the test report.
If you have not added a tracer, you can skip this step.
The Self Validation is to proof the feedstock origin of the sustainable materials that were used. By collecting data proof points, we are validating the origin and proof the sustainability claim. By securing the source, brands can make reliable claims on the final products where these materials were used.
Enter the Self Validation by clicking 'Add Self Validation'.
Per source, we require the following information:
Weight in kgs, Feedstock type, Feedstock Supplier Type, Supplier name (+ address), Invoice, Packing List and Proof of Delivery of sourced material.
Other information like certifications, lab tests and other documents are optional.
On this page, you will find your (valid) factory compliances. The information is coming from your KYC. in case you are missing some scope certificates in this list, you can add them through the settings.
The tickboxes are on by default, which means the compliances will be shown in the DPP. In case you don't want to show them, leave the tickbox empty.
You've filled all the data, and on this last page you will see a summary of that. Please check it one more time before clicking 'Submit'.
