1. Manager Approval Workflow

We have done some major improvements to the Aware™ Tokens Approval workflow for producers. Instead of the Aware™ Admin approving or rejecting your tokens, with this new change factory producers get the ownership.

1.1 Benefits

• The manager role can check token details for factual accuracy.

• No wait/delay because of timezone difference. No dependance on the Aware™ Admin.

• Aware™ preserves the four-eyes principle of double checking all token details, so no mistakes, wrong calculation, or typos are getting approved. 👀+👀= ✅

1.2 What To Do As a Manager

Create Aware™ Managers Account

The Aware™ Customer Success team has assigned manager roles to the respective factories. All managers can now sign-in to the platform with login credentials sent to them via the email invitation.

Depending on what type of producer you are, you can see the Aware™ Tokens request in either one of these queues on the Aware™ platform:

1. Manage Create Token Requests: for the producers who are creating Aware™ Tokens.

1. Manage Update Token Request: for the producers who are updating Aware™ Tokens which are sent to them by the previous producer in the supply chain.

Review Request for Approval or Rejection

Check each Aware™ Token request very carefully by checking the Digital Twin. To access the digital twin, click on the eye icon in the "Action" column.

After reviewing you have two options:

1. Approve Aware™ Token request: if everything is correct.

2. Reject Aware™ Token request: if there has been made a mistake, or you see something is missing. After doing so, you can write the reason of rejection. This will help the person who is responsible for creating/ updating Aware™ Tokens to correct their mistake.

2. Crypto TC™

Aware™ now generates a Crypto TC™ with every ‘Send Token' workflow. When you send Aware™ Tokens, Aware™ will automatically send a notification along with the Crypto TC™ to the receiver of your aware™ Tokens. This email serves as a notification/alert for the receiver to start update their Aware™ Tokens.

The Crypto TC™ includes data to prove the chain of custody and mass balance of materials. So, it serves the same purpose as a traditional TC (Transaction Certificate).

2.1 Benefits

• Free and Instant Verifications: say goodbye to time-consuming audits and administrative hurdles. Crypto TC™ delivers lightning-fast verification with every transaction.

• Trust without a dependency on Certification bodies: eliminate the reliance on third-party certification bodies. Crypto TC™ is generated by the Aware™ platform using the primary data from the blockchain directly from producers.

• Transparency and Traceability of Data: empower producers and brands with shared visibility. Promoting transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain.

• Mass Balancing with Blockchain Technology: Crypto TC™'s tamper-proof mechanism ensures the immutability of data and protects the brand's reputation.

2.2 Access Crypto TC™

For Sender

If you have sent Aware™ Tokens, you can find that Crypto TC™ on the "Send" page, in the "Action" column.

For Receiver

If you have received Aware™ Tokens from a previous producer, you can find that Crypto TC™ in two places.

1. In the email which is send to you by Aware™.

1. In your Wallet on the Aware™ platform. When you click on that specific Aware™ Token you have received under the "Crypto TC" column.
