Aware™ v6.4
We have below mentioned exciting new changes to Aware™. Here are some of the highlights:
Multiple user acounts (for brands)
Multiple sub-brands within the same brand account (for brands)
Warning & alert notification
Editable ETD of PO's (for brands)
1. Multiple User Acounts
With the new update, brands can request additional user accounts to distribute PO management per department. We have introduced this new feature to make workload management easier for brands.
In orde to make use of this, please request additional users by raising a ticket by clicking this link!
2. Multiple Sub-Brands Within the Same Brand Account
When adding item lines to the library, brands can now assign sub-brands.
Adding new sub-brands will be a part of the KYC process. After having uploading your sub-brands in your KYC, you can easily bulk assign sub-brands to the products in your library.
3. Warning & Alert Notification
When the Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) is due in 7 days but data is not uploaded in the Aware™ platform, producers will receive a reminder per email and an in-app notification. Brands will receive an in-app notification only.
And incase of a more serious case, when ETD is passed, but data is still incomplete, the system will send an urgent action required email to the producers. Brands get notified in-app about this.
4. Editable ETD of PO's
To reflect the reality of today's complex supply chains, brands can now adjust the ETD even after sending the purchase orders (PO's) to the producers.
