1. Rejection workflow for all producers roles: We made a new Rejection workflow, when Admin rejects the tokens,

• Producers get Status “Rejected” and can edit the tokens. The idea is the info they already entered should be saved and they edit from where they did something wrong.

• There is a field for Admin to add remarks called “Reason to reject”. After the click on reject button, give the admin an input field to enter the reason. This text should be shown to the producers, when they click on the bell icon.

• Producers are able to change/edit parts of rejected requests and send the token request again. Please note that if there is a mistake in the beginning of the workflow, producers may have to do self-validation again, to make sure the self validation form has the accurate info.

1. Added “origin” in Asset ID throughout the system. For example, it will be visible as : yarnapp - Yarn - ujgfuhfuf - 100% Conventional Cellulosics(Post-Consumer) - Multicolor - FSDGT5656

2. UX improvement: Renamed ‘Weight’ to ‘Total Weight of the Products in Kgs(#Tokens) ’ on the Physical Asset page of Token create and update processes for all producers. With Tooltip hover (?)- ‘Net Weight of all products excluding packing material & packaging.’

3. UX improvement: File size upto 1MB : Increased the file size limit on each field in the system from 500kb to 1 Mb, because earlier users had to compress their files.

4. Removed the linked document from the PDF of the Virtual ID report: On request from the brands, we removed all the links with sensitive info from the downloaded pdf version of virtual ID on Final Brand and Product Producer roles.
