Set up your account

Go through the Know Your Business (KYB) to successfully create your account.

1. Details or Company

Add all general information about your company (main registered office): company name, website, address and geolocation.

Please fill in company information in ENGLISH only (ENGLISH Keyboard letters).

Do not forget to click 'Save & Next' at the bottom of the page once you are finished.

Aware™ ID*: choose a short ID of your company name, this won't be communicated anywhere other than on the platform. Example: for company "Pro Star Spinning & Weaving Co. Ltd." the Aware™ ID could be "prostar".

Production Location(s)*: Add geo location(s) of your production facility/facilities (no outsouring factories!).

1) Click on 'Add Production Location' 2) Search Box: add the address of your production facility in the field at the top of the screen or move marker to exact position on the map 3) + Button: press this button when the location shown in field 'Your Location' is correct

2. Profile

Add your logo, a company presentation and optionally company photo's to your profile.

⚠️ Your logo upload should be exactly 300 * 300 pixels and with a transparent background.

Company Presentation*: Keep your description brief, clear, and appealing. It should focus on who you are, what you do, and what makes your company unique. Avoid technical jargon, unnecessary details, or lengthy promotional content. Stick to a maximum of 3–4 sentences that anyone can understand and appreciate.

When it is finished, press the blue save button

3. Certifications

Add all certifications granted to your company and keep them updated by entering their expiration dates. This ensures you’ll be notified ahead of time when renewal is needed.

4. Sustainable Processes

Add and save any sustainable process certificates here.

5. Tracer

If your company is an Aware™ Tracer Technology Partner, you can upload your certificate under 'Aware™ Tracer'. If your company has developed an own tracer technology, or using another tracer from a third party , you can upload details under 'Custom Tracer'.

6. Declaration

Carefully read and check all social compliance boxes and sign with your name and details.

7. T&Cs

Read the Terms and Conditions, select the check box, and click on 'Submit'.

Whats' Next

Your KYB will be reviewed and processed by our Integrity team. If we have additional questions, you will receive an email from us. If your KYB is approved, you will get a confirmation by mail.

The data of your KYB will be used for the Aware™ Digital Product Passport (DPP). So be precise and responsible. Promote your company by providing clear, short and always honest information.
