January 2025: Brand Enhancements
In this new year 2025, Aware™ is dedicated to continuous learning and improvement. We’re excited to start the year with a set of updates to Aware™, designed to make your experience smoother and more efficient.
Here are some of the highlights:
All the below enhancements will impact Aware™ Final Brand Users
Brand data as Data Source for Product Color: Color data on DPPs and DPP Reports is now directly pulled from the Product Library for improved accuracy and consistency.
Improved Product Search to add line item to a PO: The PO creation process now includes an enhanced Product Line Items dropdown. Now users can view Item Number, Description and Color, making it easier to search and select items.
Photos Column in Export of Product Library: Exports from the Product Library now include a “Photos Attached” column, indicating ‘Yes’ if a product has an image and ‘No’ otherwise.
Deletion of Line Item from PO After Sending to Product Producer: Users can now delete Line Items from a PO after it has been sent to the Product Producer, enhancing flexibility in the PO process.
Update Product Details: Product details can now be updated even after the product has been used in a PO, allowing greater adaptability and accuracy in managing product data.
Addition of Item and PO Number on (in-transit) DPP: On the DPP loading screen for in-transit DPP and in the hamburger menu for the live DPP, we have added the Item and PO Number. This makes it easier for users to identify and track relevant details.
Enhanced QR Code Branding: QR codes now dynamically reflect the associated sub-brand name at the time of download from the Aware™ platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date branding.
