October 2025: Platform Update
We have a significant platform update that needs your attention. There is action required from November 10th to re-verify your account!
To meet evolving compliance standards and strengthen transparency, we've updated our Know Your Business (KYB) verification process. All users will need to re-verify their accounts the next time they log in after November 10th. For some users this will just mean clicking through and saving, for clothes it should just be a quick 5-minute process to add:
Your business registration number
A business license upload
Address verification (with improved map functionality for China)
A signed declaration confirming you do not operate using forced labour
Your platform access will be paused until this re-verification is complete. We've streamlined the process to be as efficient as we can right now as this step is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the data we all rely on.
We’ll have all hands on deck making sure we review and approve the KYBs the same day you submit them. To follow the process we’re asking you to do here’s a demo:

Exciting new compliance & traceability reports! 🥳
We now also provide new country-specific reports and enhanced traceability features, making it easier to meet compliance obligations and gain a comprehensive view of your supply chain.
French AGEC Reports: Generate reports specific to French compliance requirements with a single click. Currently our reports conform with the French Legislations most basic requirements but we’ll add more detail as the legislation developers.
UFLPA Declarations: Easily produce UFLPA (Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act) declarations.
More Comprehensive Traceability Reports: Access updated and more detailed traceability reports.
How to access your new reports:
Navigate to 'Purchase Orders'.
Select the eye icon under 'Actions' to view a 'Filled' report.
You'll see an extended table of downloadable reports.
Select the icon for the relevant item under 'Country Reports'.
A new pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose your jurisdiction and generate the specific report.
Deeper supply chain insights and DPP control:
Sankey Diagrams for Line Items: Visualize your full supply chain flow with new Sankey diagrams available for each line item within your Purchase Orders.
To access: Go to 'Purchase Orders', select the eye icon on a 'Filled' report, and click the Sankey diagram icon for the relevant PO.
Stealth Mode: In your DPP (Digital Product Passport) settings, you can now hide specific producers in your supply chain from being displayed, protecting commercially sensitive supplier relationships.
QR code analytics
We've added new QR Code Analytics to provide you with valuable insights. This feature includes:
An updated Brand dashboard with a new expandable/collapsible table showing the top 10 line items with the most Digital Product Passport (DPP) scans.
The ability to view all pages showing all line items, with the one having the most scans at the top.
A "View More Detail" page with additional information on QR analytics and Purchase Order (PO) details.
