Upload a Purchase Order
You can prepare and upload product data based on your product in CSV form or you can add each manually.
Brands can have various product producers for their products. While creating a purchase order, the user (brand) should keep in mind which product lines are belong to which product producers.
A few things to keep in mind while creating purchase orders:
There is a screen/session time limit. Users can add product lines of the purchase order up to 5 hours. After that, the screen time will be expired and product lines wont be saved.
You can always press ‘Create QR Codes’ on the right bottom corner. At that moment, the product lines will be saved. You can even log out. When you return, just simply press ‘back to product lines’ and you can continue.
Please note: Never press ‘Back to purchase order’ when adding product lines.
A brand can check the status of any purchase order. Once the product lines are updated and approved by Aware™, the status of product lines will be changed from 'Send to Approved'.
This is what each Status indication means:
Select - Transferring product tokens has not started
Concept - In progress of transferring product tokens
Done - Transferred product tokens to this order line
Send - Order line has been sent to admin for approval
Approved - Admin has approved the transfer of product tokens to this order line
Filled - Tokens have been sent to final the brand
