Upload a Purchase Order

You can prepare and upload product data base of your product in CSV form or you can add manually.

Brands can have various product producers for their products. While creating a purchase order, user (brand) should keep in mind about which product lines are belonged to which product producers.

Few things keep in mind while creating purchase order-

1. There is a screen/session time limit. User can add product lines of the purchase order until 5 hours. After that, screen time will be expired and product lines will not be saved.

2. You can always press ‘Create QR Codes’ on right bottom corner. At that moment the products lines will be saved. You can even log out. When return, just simply press ‘back to product lines’ and you can continue.

Take care: Never press ‘Back to purchase order’ when adding product lines.

Brand can check the status of purchase order. Once the product lines are updated and approved by Aware™, the status of product lines will be changed from 'Send to Approved'.

Select - Not started transferring product tokens

Concept - In progress of transferring product tokens

Done - Transferred product tokens to this order line

Send - Order line has been sent to admin for approval

Approved - Admin has approved the transfer of product tokens to this order line

Filled - Tokens has been sent to final brand

PO's*

Be sure that you have uploaded your product data file before creation PO

Press the blue ➕ sign: Click to create PO

• Order Date: It will be automatically filled by system

• Order Number*: Put your order number

• Country*: Select your country from drop list (Filled by you during KYC)

• Producer*: Select product producer from the drop list (make sure your supply partners are added)

• ETD*: Select 'Estimated Time of Departure' from the virtual calendar

• Upload PO*: Scan and upload your PO

• Save and product lines: Press it on save to move further

Product Lines

Here, you can have overview of order number, order date, producer, ETD

• Click on Add Product Lines

• Product Lines*: Click on product lines

• Product: Select on your product from the drop list

• Color: Put colour of your product

• Quantity*: Mention your quantity of each item

• Save: Press to save

• Create QR code: Press to create code

QR Codes

• Brand will able to download the QR code and they can send a digital copy to product producers for stiching in seam line

Adding Purchase Orders
