Additional Account Setup

As a brand, you have additional functionalities in the platform. Let's make sure everything is set and done before placing orders.

Multiple Users

After you have created your profile, you are ready to use your account. As a brand you have the option to add multiple users to the account, which allows you to be logged in to the account at the same time. In case you would like to add users, please reach out to us and mention the first name, last name, and email address of the person you would like to have added to the account.

Dashboard

Your dashboard shows all details of your subscription and is filled from the backend. It's useful to double check if everything is correct. After you have placed orders, the progress will be visible in the dashboard, too.

Sub-brands

To add multiple brands, go to 'Settings' left bottom on the menu bar and then to the 'Brand' page. By default, a brand with the name of the company was created. You can add multiple brands by clicking '+ Add'. Upload the following:

  • Brand name

  • Brand logo (make sure the background is transparent)

  • Circularity (plain text and/or link to a specific webpage)

  • Brand data (this is an open field that you can possibly use to communicate relevant brand information)

Once you have added these details, the essential last step is to also add the Sub-brand's geolocation in the KYB. To do so:

  • Click on "Company"

  • Click on the edit symbol on the right side to Request Re-Verification

  • Your profile will be on hold until the KYB is approved again

  • Add the additional geolocation

  • Let us know so we can approve the KYB once more

Supplier Compliances

When you are connected to your suppliers, you are able to see their profile. In the profile you can see if they have uploaded their scope certificates, and the expiry dates. Once a scope certificate is about to expire, you will receive an in-app notification. It's important to keep an eye on this, since invalid certificates won't show in the DPP and other reports. To check this, go to 'Connections' and click on 'View Relation' in the Action column.
