After you have created your profile, you are ready to start working in your account. As a brand you have the ability to add multiple users to the account, which allows you to be logged in to the account at the same time. In case you would like to add users, please reach out to us and mention the first name, last name, and email address of the person you would like to have added to the account.
Your dasboard is showing data of your subscription. We are filling the data from the backend. Check if everything looks correct. After you have placed orders, the progress will be visible in the dashboard too.
To add multiple brands, go to 'Settings' in the left menu. Then go to the 'Brand' page. By default, a brand with the name of the company was created. You can add multiple brands by clicking '+ Add'. Upload the following:
Brand name
Brand logo (make sure the background is transparent)
Circularity (plain text and/or link to a specific webpage)
Brand data (this is an open field that you can possibly use to communicate relevant brand information)
When you are connected to your suppliers, you are able to see their profile. In the profile you can see if they have uplaoded their scope certificates, and the expiry dates. Once a scope certificate is about to expire, you will receive an in-app notification. It's important to keep an eye on this, since invalid certificates won't show in the DPP and other reports.
Go to 'Connections' and click on 'View Relation' in the Action column.
