Add products to the Product Library

Now we can start to create your product database. In the Aware™ platform, we call this your Product Library.

You can add products manually, or through a bulk import. Go to 'Purchase Orders' in the left side menu, and click on 'Product Library'.

Good to know

Picture/image of the product will be uploaded separately under each item line. Do not add an image of your product in your excel sheet. The size of your product's picture is less than 500KB.

All fields marked with * are mandatory!

Prepare your CSV File

• Make sure the file has at least the columns Item number, description, color

• Optional colums are Info, Care, Weight per item, CO2 emitted (in kg), Water used (m3), land used (m3)

• Remove symbols like semi-column (;), colon (:), comma (,) from your excel file

• Description of the product should be short and clean, info can be longer if needed

• Go to file and save as

• SV UTF-8 (comma-delimited) (.csv) file

• Upload the file
