Why don't I see the changes that I made in the DPP Settings, in a live DPP?
There can be multiple reasons you don't see the your settings reflected in a live DPP. Lets peal it off:
Is the product assigned to a (sub) brand? You can check and change this in the Product Library. If not, assign the right brand.
Now go to settings and click on Brand. You can adjust the DPP settings by clicking on 'DPP Settings' of the concerned brand.
Does it work now? If not, it could be that you have changed the DPP Settings on product level. Go to the Product Library and check the DPP Settings of the specific product. It would be more efficient to arrange the settings on brand level. The settings on product level are for exeptions, e.g. a capsule collection within a brand.
